Structure of the program

The structure of the program provides a balanced combination of learning, practical experience, and professional development, offering interns a comprehensive and engaging experience across various fields

1. Interns are introduced to e86 Limited company culture, values, policies, and procedures. This includes an overview of the program, essential training on company systems, tools, and industry practices relevant to each field, and what to expect during the internship.
2. Interns will be paired with Team heads/ Supervisors within each department for guidance and support throughout their internship.
3. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be conducted Monthly and biannually respectively to provide feedback and evaluate interns’ progress for the period of the internship.
