Course Overview:
This course offers comprehensive training in Building Information Modeling (BIM), empowering
participants to master BIM implementation in various construction and infrastructure projects.
Participants will learn how to create, analyze, and manage digital representations of physical and
functional characteristics of structures using industry-standard tools like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks,
and 3ds Max.
The curriculum includes the core principles of BIM, advanced modeling techniques, collaborative
workflows, and lifecycle management. Participants will also explore key tools for visualization and
project coordination, such as 3ds Max for 3D modeling, rendering, and animation, Navisworks for clash
detection and project review, and Revit for BIM model creation across architecture, MEP, and structural
disciplines.
A new Scrum Master module has been added to give participants a solid foundation in Agile project
management. This module emphasizes the application of Scrum in construction project planning,
execution, and monitoring. By learning how to effectively manage construction workflows using Agile
principles, participants will be able to lead teams in delivering high-quality projects that are both time-
efficient and resource-optimized.
The course prepares participants for leadership roles in BIM and construction technology, providing the
tools to manage digital projects with the efficiency required in today’s dynamic environment.
