Program Objectives

  1. To provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in each field for all interns.
  2. To enhance interns’ technical skills and industry knowledge in their respective fields.
  3. Develop soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
  4. Expose interns to real-world business challenges and opportunities, enabling them to develop practical solutions.
  5. Create opportunities for interns to network with industry professionals, peers, and leaders within the company.
  6. Help interns clearly understand potential career paths in their chosen field.

Structure of the program

The structure of the program provides a balanced combination of learning, practical experience, and professional development, offering interns a comprehensive and engaging experience across various fields

  1. Interns are introduced to e86 Limited company culture, values, policies, and procedures. This includes an overview of the program, essential training on company systems, tools, and industry practices relevant to each field, and what to expect during the internship.
  2. Interns will be paired with Team heads/ Supervisors within each department for guidance and support throughout their internship.
  3. Regular check-ins and performance reviews will be conducted Monthly and biannually respectively to provide feedback and evaluate interns’ progress during the internship.

Skills and Qualifications

Administration

  • Candidate should be familiar with and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Candidate should have experience with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing events.
  • Candidates should be able to make clear and effective communication, both written and spoken, for correspondence and interactions.
  • Candidate should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and organizing files.
  • Candidate should possess strong customer service skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualification

Education: A HND or B.Sc. degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not mandatory for this internship position.

Sales and Marketing

  • Candidate must possess the knowledge of effective sales strategies and techniques for engaging with potential customers and closing deals.
  • Candidates must possess the ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Candidates should possess an understanding of how to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other industry professionals.
  • Candidates must show a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Candidates must show strong persuasive abilities and the capability to influence potential customers’ decisions.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software for tracking leads and managing customer interactions is an added advantage.

Qualification

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing position is beneficial but not mandatory for this internship position.

Digital Marketing

Candidates should possess the following

  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and creating engaging content.
  • Ability to create compelling and relevant content for digital marketing campaigns (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics).
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and techniques.
  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and ad campaign management.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting persuasive and engaging marketing messages.
  • Understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.

Qualification

Education: A HND or B.Sc. degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Role is beneficial but not mandatory for this internship position

Product Management

Candidates should possess the following

  • Understanding of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, including planning, development, and optimization.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Skills in developing and maintaining product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in managing product development projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting product strategies, plans, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions for product challenges.
  • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Understanding of market positioning and differentiation strategies for the product.

Qualification

Education: A HND or B.Sc. degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Certification in Product Management courses is an added advantage.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a Product Management Role is beneficial but not mandatory for this internship position.

Selection Process

Interviews will be conducted to choose candidates who align with company objectives and are suitable for the position.

Internship Plan
